My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room I stayed in was spacious and conveniently located on the high-speed rail line between New York and Boston. However, it had an unpleasant smell of smoke and was situated near the garbage dumpsters, leading to an early wake-up call from the trash trucks. On the bright side, the location was excellent for accessing various bike paths, and the easy access to Providence and Brown University without the high lodging prices was a plus.
